ASICS, A Concept by AIREI

Los Angeles based label AIREI will take over DSMNY’s Second Floor Trolley Space with an installation inspired by their Spring 24 collection “WINDHORSE”.

The collection is a tribute to unwavering dedication and draws inspiration from wind horses – flags symbolizing well-being and good fortune, as well as the spiritual essence that defines the human experience. The installation reimagines the concept of the wind horses indoors to reflect the passage of time and how it affects the flags, as if they were exposed to elements.

To compliment the installation, Dover Street Market New York launches an exclusive colorway of the “ASICS, a Concept by AIREI” Gel-Quantum Kinetic. This pair features the same natural gauze used in the wind horse flags, creating a seamless synergy between the installation and the footwear.
