Part Time E-Commerce Assistant

Reporting to: E-Commerce Manager/GM

JOB DESCRIPTION

Contribute to a positive Customer Service experience for all areas of the DSMNY Ecommerce business while assisting with additional Ecommerce responsibilities, including product launches and logistics management. Must have weekend, Saturday and Sunday, availability.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service for all Ecommerce platforms
  • Responsible for all email and phone communication as customer service touch points
  • Coordinate with warehouse on incoming/outgoing logistics
  • Partner with Ecommerce team on weekly product launches
  • Partner with the store Concierge team to ensure consistent customer service message

Key Objectives:

  • Provide customer support and service on Saturdays and Sundays; always ensure the very best customer experience
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely
  • Assist in Ecommerce product launches, adhering to launch schedule and brand expectations

  • A highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility and the ability to converse with all levels both internally and externally
  • Must be energetic and self-motivated. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done.
  • Decisive, structured and organised, with a keen eye for detail
  • Performs as a team-player

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
  • General knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
